Octavia Smith, known as Chef Tay is a well seasoned chef in the culinary world. Chef Tay started in the 5 star resturant indusrty that landed her an executive chef position with the PGA, where Chef Tay began creating dishes for tons of influential people in which inspired her to start up a catering company that not only service corporate and celebrity clients  but those on a budget as well. Chef Tay love and enjoy being in the kitchen creating delicious meals for the whole family. To experience great cultural foods and not have to be the one in the kitchen please allow Chef Tay and her crew to provide excellent food with great service.
